Scope of work:

Building (1) – Contract objective is to utilize the existing (day kennel) structure remove all existing chain link kennels and all concrete sidewalks/slab on grade to include asphalt. Utilize (A)existing (14000 S.F) structure and roof. Accommodate for (up too78) kennels, complete with new insulated exterior r-panel walls and insulated roof with sky lights also climate-controlled HVAC,2 exhaust fans.

Trench drains thru out the kennel runs, dog bathing stations and kennel staff restrooms. Also included 4 roll-up overhead garage doors and 4 pedestrian doors. Mechanical rooms and storage

• Building (2) New (1600 S.F) design build kennel administration building, to accommodate up to 8 cubicles, Supervisors, and Assistant Supervisors offices. Ladies and Men’s bathrooms with showers.
