Renovate a 14,000 S.F. kennel with 78 climate-controlled kennels and build a 1,600 S.F. admin facility with offices, restrooms, and a conference room.
Scope of Work: Install 4 high mast lights, complete foundation, wiring, and testing, coordinate with the electric company, and provide staff training and project closeout.

Provide all labor, tools, materials, permits, and supervision to replace 2800 feet of fencing, demolish 1000 feet, and repair 2 sally ports at various locations, including the Soccer Field, Kitchen, Medical Area, Dorm Area, East Sally Port, and Lift Station Fencing.
The contractor shall repair or replace the disinfection system at White Sands Missile Range, NM, ensuring water is properly disinfected before discharge into Davies Pond, per the Scope of Work and attached drawings.

The installation of access controls and security cameras within the Containment Handling (CH) Bay of the WIPP Facility. This will comprise of the installation of 13 doors to be controlled and 11 Avigilon Security Cameras.
Network infrastructure was upgraded at THOP East Medical Center, optimizing Access Points, cabling, and management. Additional improvements were made at Edgemere and MOB locations.
The project involved installing two 4-inch HDPE conduits over 1,750 feet, connecting to existing UHF Radio conduit, and adding a 1-1/4 inch NASA HDPE conduit for future use. Handholes were placed, duct integrity tested, and tracing wire installed. Road crossings used horizontal boring, and dust control was managed with a water truck.
A new university laboratory was built for STEM research, featuring state-of-the-art equipment, upgraded finishes, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. The project included a Reverse Osmosis water system, enhanced lighting, and specialty exhausts. Collaboration with the Designer of Record ensured efficiency and timely completion.
Installed 200 new wireless access points with the necessary cabling, relocated 11 wireless access points (including new Cat6a cabling as needed), and replaced 208 wireless access points without cable movement, for a total of 419 wireless access points.
