Scope of work:

Construction of a new university laboratory dedicated to Science Technology Engineering & Manufacturing (STEM) research. State-of-the-art laboratory equipped. The new features include architectural finishes, ceramic tile installations, plumbing enhancements including a Reverse Osmosis closed loop water system, electrical infrastructure upgrades with new enhanced lighting fixtures, and HVAC system improvements with specialty exhaust systems. ACG collaborated with the Designer of Record, employing streamlined processes and effectively communicating to expedite the project.
